I provide strong crisis planning and follow-up support to both businesses and charitable communities. Recent national and local violent incidents have reminded us of the need to “prepare our own house”. We have an obligation to provide a safe environment to employees, members and guests.

EAP & Corporate Emergency Trauma Response

I provide onsite and telephone services both directly to companies or through several EAP crisis response firms. I regularly provide services following:

· Workplace Injuries and Deaths

· Grief & Loss

· Downsizing and job terminations

Church Safety Planning

I assist churches as they plan, organize and train church members to respond to disasters. Together, we deal with:

· Medical Emergencies

· Violent Confrontations

· Lost & Missing Children

· Fire & Natural Disasters

· Long Term Shelter

Seminar Leadership

I offer seminars to prepare mental health professionals and non-professionals to assist with disaster responses. Discussions include:

· What must I do to be prepared for trauma response work?

· What should be done when I arrive on scene?

· What behaviors and reactions might I expect from trauma victims?

· How can I best help?
